Endurance comes in multiple forms. There is cardiovascular endurance, which allows your heart and lungs to support prolonged physical activity.  In other words, your ability to run, walk or climb without feeling winded. There is also muscular endurance, which allows you to lift heavy things more than once or for longer periods of time.
